Purpose of fast winch:

Instructions for fast winch:
1. Hoist before use must check and tighten the screws and screw off gas screw with just the right amount of mechanical gear lubricants general logo above the hoist gear box (pitted), then tighten the oil screw hoist, and empty, first for oil in the bearing and gear, drive before the formal use electric hoist;
2. Every time the hoist is loaded with heavy objects, a low distance test lifting must be carried out first to check whether the brake performance of the hoist is too tight or too loose. If so, the spring nut of the brake lever shall be adjusted timely;
3. Before the power is connected, the good condition of the ground wire must be checked to prevent electric shock;
4. During the use of electric winch, if the brake disc is stained with oil and the braking efficiency is reduced, sprinkle some dry powder (such as dry lime powder), that is, the braking efficiency of winch can be restored;
5. Frequently check the fasteners in all parts of the hoist to prevent looseness which may affect the safety of use;
6. The number of safety turns of the wire rope winding on the winch drum shall not be less than 3.
